Chris Bosh On The Trading Block?

Is it possible that less than a month into the “Big 3” experiment down in South Beach that Pat Riley could already be heavily contemplating a trade of Chris Bosh?  It appears so!  I’m not sure, but it might have something to do with the $125 million they’re paying Bosh and in return only getting a measly 14.4 points and 5.4 rebounds a game. I don’t need a finance degree to realize that the Heat’s return on investment is less than stellar.

There’s no doubt that the Miami Heat have assembled a much better team than originally thought possible, but it’s been very evident that the team lacks an inside presence, something Chris Bosh is far from.  Word on the street is Riley has been less than impressed with Bosh this season and covets a player similar to the talents of Joakim Noah or Anderson Varejao.  Interesting!  He wouldn’t want someone like Varejao because that’s perhaps what Lebron James suggested now would he?  It funny looking back on how many people including myself knew Chris Bosh was going to be recruited and signed to a ridiculous contract not because of his talents, but because of who he was friends with.  Can’t say I feel bad for the Heat though who were clear prisoners of the moment.
