Greatest Baseball Play Ever

It’s a bird, it’s a plane, no it’s Masato Akamatsu of the Hiroshima Toyo Carp making arguably the greatest baseball play in the history of the sport.  If you ask me the only thing that would have made this catch better would have been if Mr. Akamatsu would have been wearing a Spider-Man outfit as he caromed the wall to rob the opposing player of his home run.  Call me crazy, but don’t think shortly after MLB owners and general managers see this catch they aren’t going to be making some quick phone calls to the Hiroshima Toyo Carp in an attempt to lure this kid across the pond to the United States.  In your face Ozzie Guillen!
