It’s official…the Chicago Blackhawks are Stanley Cup champions for the first time since the 1960-61 season and this just in as well, Jeremy Roenick is a pathetic cry baby.  Anyone who watched the Stanley Cup Finals last night definitely got their money worth as the tempo of the game was played at lightning pace, there were plenty of goals, hard hits, drama and plenty of tears.  However, the tears that were shed after the devastating loss came no where near the Philadelphia Flyers bench, instead it came from the 21-year NHL veteran and NBC analyst for the night, Jeremy Roenick.  When Dan Patrick asked Roenick why he was over taken with emotion he responded, “It’s the Chicago Blackhawks.  I never got to do this.”  Are you serious Jeremy?  You’re on national television and you have a breakdown because you just then realized that you had never won a Stanley Cup?  I think it’s safe to say that after that embarrassing moment for Roenick he won’t be asked to provide his “wonderful” incite in the playoffs anymore.  Roenick go grab a tissue and sit in the Mole Hole.
